Recio Designs Shopify Return Policy:
At Recio Designs we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- All jewelry items are eligible for returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, and in the same packaging as it was received.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Initiation of Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tmr@reciodesigns.com and be sure to include the order number. We will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for the returned item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
- Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
- Refund:
- If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will offer a full refund the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) to the original payment method. In some cases, only a partial refund will be considered.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and we will process a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
